Finding The Balance. April 1st, 2021.

I recently had a client who's blossoming into her career but felt a heavy block when receiving money. She also shared that with that came the fear that once she had the money, something would happen that would take it away, leaving her and her family without. So, into her Records, we went!

What came forward was a turn of the century life to which she was quite wealthy. She was married to a man who was involved with the railroads. She stood out in their social circle due to her sharp mind and opinions about the world. She was also in charge of the money and household affairs—this was unheard of at that time. However, her husband was more concerned with making money and misspending it; therefore, she felt responsible for maintaining order.

We learned that he had been dishonest with his expenses, throwing the books off. To boot, he had invested in a new and upcoming venture involving drivable steam cars. But it hadn't gone as planned and it cost them everything. The emotional turmoil of this scandal was now encoded within her.

Her Record Keepers expressed that although the loss she felt at that moment was great, in this life, it was holding her back from pursuing what she enjoyed. They shared some tips to help her move past her fears, one being to name the presenting fear(s). This would allow her to practice conscious awareness and work through it rationally rather than reactively.

They also expressed that to provide a service is an energy exchange. If she wasn’t comfortable asking for money, ask for a coffee card instead! Something less scary until she was ready. There just needed to be an exchange of some sort.

I love that the Records understand our fears and anxiety and look for ways to ease us into a better place while setting us up for success. Forever grateful for those reminders.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
